N2  -  kohl is inseparable part of women beauty cosmetics because of its medicated and camouflage effect on human eyes and it has been used for ages .In this work an attempt was made to prepare Kohl by using Clove oil ,Eucalyptus oil which is the best alternative and herbal source and then after the formation of the kohl it was thoroughly mixed with Vitamin E to give spreadibility and smoothnees to the eye preparation ,This formulation would have all the medicated advantages of clove and Eucalyptus oil, and A pure herbal kohl formulation of its own kind .
